A. 3D Models Free for Non-Commercial Use

You may use the models for personal, non-commercial use only. “Personal” means using them as part of your own interior renders that you display on your website as still or moving images, or print out as your portfolio. The restrictions are:

1. You must mention in the text describing the render that the said model comes from me, Beverly Claire Interiors. When uploading the render online, you must include a link to my site.
2. You may not fileshare or redistribute the models in any online venue, such as giving them away in a blog or download site.
3. You may not resave the files in another format, rename and package them, and distribute them for free in the form of “3D Model Collection CD-ROM” or “complete room package ZIP file” and related packaging.

I retain the copyright to the model. The user is not acquiring the ownership of the original models, but is acquiring the right to use the models under the specific circumstances outlined above.

All the models here are approximations of real or conceptual products. I do not guarantee the accuracy of the details, scale and size of the models, or materials used. Please use at your own risk.

B. 3D Models Available for Commercial Use

You may use the model to create your own derivative projects for commercial sale (such as interior renders submitted to clients), with the following restrictions:

1. You may not resell the original models, as is, in any venue.
2. You may not redistribute the models in file sharing groups or online download sites for sale or for free.
3. You may not resave the files in another format, rename and package them, either for sale or for free, in the form of “3D Model Collection CD-ROM” or “complete room package ZIP file” and related packaging.

I retain the copyright to the model. The licensee is not acquiring the ownership of the original model, but is acquiring the right to use the models under the specific circumstances outlined above.

C. 2D Images Free for Personal and Commercial Use

In the Free Stuff section of this site I offer some free, high-resolution images for my readers. You may download these for personal and commercial use. The following restrictions apply:

1. You may not resell the images, as is, in any venue. Of course, you may sell your derivative works.
2. You may not redistribute the images, as is, in file sharing groups or online download sites for sale or for free.
3. You may not resave the files, as is, in another format, rename and package them, either for sale or for free, in the form of “3D Images Collection CD-ROM” or “image package ZIP file” and related packaging.

D. 2D Images and Text

Please include a link back to my site when using any of my images or paragraphs of text. You may NOT copy an article in its entirety. Content farms, scrapers and article spinners will be reported.

Commercial use of my images (unless classified in Section C above) is not permitted. Please contact me if you wish to use them commercially.

Images used on this site taken from other sites are duly acknowledged, with a link to the source. Please do not download them or link directly to them from my site.
