A Thousand Paper Cranes

Paper cranes after the rain.

家の近くのお寺で見つけた折り鶴です。先週、雨が降ったせいで紙が濡れていましたが、形と色はちゃんと残っていました。

I found these paper cranes tied to a small tree at a temple near our house. They were a bit soggy probably from last week’s bad weather. But somehow they managed to hold on to their shape and color.
